there's a murse in the hurse!

that's right!!! a murse!

yesterday julie saw a mouse run through the kitchen into the dining room. so we knew there was a mouse in the house. i am the only one in this whole house that thinks it's wrong to kill it, everyone else are all for an inhumane end to this wee tiny life. but anyway..... at about 3 this morning i was awakened by the sound of rustling papers. i knew right away it had to be the mouse! if i had been in my right mind instead of barely able to keep from falling off my loft bed, i would have tried to catch it so that i could release it somewhere to save it from it's fate. i opened the drawers i thought the mouse might have been in, but i didn't see it. but then! as i was shutting the drawers the mouse ran out!!!!!!!!! i kind of shuddered and felt a little sick. i don't know why, i don't mind mice. i don't loove them. i wouldn't really like one crawling on me. but i would still rather have the mouse mousing around than kill it. and it's an especially teeny one too. SO at this very moment some of my housemates are out buying mouse traps and or poison. it's a shame. i am tempted to set off the traps in the middle of the night in order to save the little mouse. hopefully the murse will run oot of the hurse. this is a sad day for murses.
